Billing Support Specialist

Voxtur, a financial technology company, is seeking a qualified Billing Support Specialist. This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a full benefits package.

Duties:

• Assist in the preparation of pre-suit collection letters and liens.
• Monitor actions by superior lien holders.
• Process billing and track payments.
• Initiate, respond to and maintain written and verbal communication with clients and borrowers.
• Regularly maintain status reports and calendar deadlines.
• And other duties as required.

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years of experience in Billing, preferably in a law firm environment.
• Customer Service experience.
• Able to work in fast-paced, high-volume foreclosure firm.
• Strong computer and analytical skills.
• Must be organized and be able to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
